2014 – University of Pennsylvania

Hosted by the University of Pennsylvania, April 27-30, 2014

(held at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

The HEDW Forum includes technical developers and administrators of data access and reporting systems, data custodians, institutional researchers, and consumers of data representing a variety of internal university audiences. The Annual Conference, sponsored by the Forum, is also open to this same restricted audience. For 2014, the conference has been extended to include an additional day of sessions and events, and is being hosted by the University of Pennsylvania (held at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).

The registration fee will be waived for presenters and panel moderators (but not for co-presenters and panelists). Presenters will receive special instructions from the Forum 2014 committee regarding the registration process.

We are very pleased to offer two special Training Sessions entitled

  • Training #1: Dimensional Data Modeling for Analytic Applications – Steve Hoberman
  • Training #2: Power, Politics, Partnership Workshop – Maureen Clarry

These sessions will be held all day Sunday, April 27, for a fee of $500 per session (includes continental breakfast and lunch).

You may register for one of these training sessions using the online HEDW Forum registration form, and you need not attend the Forum to be eligible for the training.

HEDW is pleased to offer a Vendor exhibition that will be open to all conference participants. Similar to last year, there will be a vendor track with sessions specifically designated as vendor presentations.

The Forum registration fee is $450 ($395 Early Bird rate until February 21) and includes the Sunday evening reception, the Vendor exhibition, three days of conference educational sessions, three breakfasts, three lunches, and mid-day snacks. For dinners, conference participants are encouraged to choose from among the many fine restaurants in Philadelphia.
