The conference kicks off on Sunday, April 3 2016 with a reception at 6:30 p.m. Sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 4 and conclude at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6.
The Hyatt Regency Rochester serves as the conference hotel. All sessions, with the exception of the Sunday reception, will be held at the Hyatt. The Sunday reception will be held at the Memorial Art Gallery. Shuttle service will be provided from the Hyatt to the Gallery.
****THE HYATT HAS SOLD OUT. The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown, located right behind the Hyatt, serves as the overflow hotel. This overflow hotel is steps away from the Hyatt. The rate is currently $169 for rooms from April 3-6. The hotel is low on rooms on Saturday, April 2, and sold out on April 7.
The Rochester International Airport is a 15-20 minute drive from the Hyatt and the Hilton Garden Inn (overflow hotel).

There is a garage on-site. Parking for guests staying at the Hyatt is $4 per night with in/out privileges. The rate for guests not staying at the Hyatt is $2 per hour, up to $10 for the day.
