Three Steps to Register for the 2019 HEDW Conference

| Step 1 | Conference & Optional Training Complete your registration for the 2019 Conference using the University of Michigan Conference Services portal. You will be required to create a complimentary account, unless you already have one, in order to register. Please note: Hotel reservation service is not included in the conference registration system. Optional (Sunday) Training: $500.00 Registration Fee: Early Bird $395.00 (after March 1, $450.00) Conference Lodging Rates (below-Step 2) Link to registration portal: Conference Registration link NOTE: The conference registration site requires a separate login from your HEDW login. Please follow the prompts to set up your account and register for the 2019 HEDW Conference and optional training. Your registration is not complete until you click Submit. If it is necessary for you to logout of the registration system, you may login later and complete your registration or make changes until you click Submit. Once your registration is submitted, you must contact UofM Conference Services in order to make changes to your registration information or selections. | Step 2 | Hotel Reservations
Make arrangements for lodging after completing and receiving email confirmation of your conference registration. Hotel reservations are not automatic or included in the conference registration. Conference hotel links are provided in the confirmation email and on our lodging & travel page. Be sure to mention “HEDW Conference” to receive the conference preferred rate when phoning the hotel. If you wish to stay at the primary conference hotel (The Ann Arbor Sheraton), book your reservations early as this will fill up quickly! The secondary hotels are within walking distance and transportation between hotels will not be provided.
