17th Annual HEDW Conference

The Higher Education Data Warehousing Forum is a network of higher education representatives dedicated to sharing knowledge about data management, best practices, data warehousing designs, institutional reporting strategies and more. HEDW members are technical developers, data access and reporting systems administrators, data custodians, institutional researchers and consumers of data representing a variety of internal university audiences. The annual conference sponsor is HEDW and is open to attendance by all interested parties employed in the focus area.
Weber State University, the host institution for the 2020 HEDW Forum Conference, welcomes HEDW to Ogden. Located between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch Mountains, Ogden provides an amazing selection of year-round outdoor activities.
The 2020 HEDW Forum Conference includes three days of sessions and events with an optional Sunday Pre-Conference Training. Typical conference topics include data governance, BI strategy, data-informed culture, data quality, metadata and data definitions, data modeling, and project and program management, among other topics. The majority of sessions are prepared and presented by higher education peers, offering attendees a unique prospective.

Coronavirus Updates - as of March 17, 2020
The health and safety of HEDW 2020 Conference attendees is our top priority. The HEDW Board continues to monitor the situation closely regarding the COVID-19 virus. The HEDW Board is discussing options at this point and will communicate out March 24th; At this time, the conference will take place as planned from April 26-29, 2020 in Ogden, Utah. Any changes will be communicated immediately to conference attendees.
