The HEDW Forum includes technical developers and administrators of data access and reporting systems, data custodians, institutional researchers, and consumers of data representing a variety of internal university audiences. The Annual Conference, sponsored by the Forum, is also open to this same focused audience.

The 2017 conference, hosted by The University of Arizona at the Student Union Memorial Center on the beautiful main campus in Tucson, AZ, includes three days of sessions and events as well as optional Sunday training. Hotel accommodations will be available at the Tucson Marriott University Park, Tucson, AZ, just four blocks from the Conference venue. Overflow accommodations will be available at the Aloft Tucson University.
