No matter how wonderful the BI solution, users will not use it if they do not have trust in the data or feel comfortable using the tool. Invest in a quality training and outreach program - blow their socks off with training! Get users excited about going back and using the tool immediately! After training build relationships by reaching out to the campus community to gain customer feedback to help enhance and improve upon your existing tools, support, and service. This presentation will give attendees an overview of the training process start to finish, noting possible bumps along the way, and how a good training and outreach program can keep your BI solution on track.
