There is an exciting surge of new data tools and systems that are designed to help our campuses achieve our goals for student success. There’s one big problem though: getting the campus to use them. Culture shifts don’t happen overnight or on their own; it takes intentional and targeted support and patience. This session will provide tools and strategies for addressing several of the common stumbling blocks and challenges when it comes to the expansion and adoption of new data and tech solutions. The speaker will share the guiding framework, principles, and approaches used on her campus to build enthusiasm and increase buy in for new and emerging data systems.
