Integrating Student related Predictive Analytics

With BI Use of predictive analytics is common amongst many facets of higher education administration. But majority of the BI tools are not capable of this analysis and don't easily integrate well with tools that are. We intend to propose a methodology for integrating this capability in the Enterprise Data Warehouse.We will explore the example of Student Retention and show how predicting the students' propensity to leave using sophisticated predictive analytics can be used within the BI context to deliver actionable information to users who can intervene.

A detailed framework for integrating statistical analysis and BI will be presented.
