Kimberly A. FordThis session provides a model for faculty supported quality assurance in the online classroom. Faculty peers are trained to mentor instructional faculty in key issues related to the course, provide peer reviews of the classroom, and support ongoing improvement to course content and format. Session learning outcomes are to provide an overview of the “Lead Faculty Model,” including challenges during development and implementation, ongoing refinement, and demonstrated outcomes.
