Presentation Summary
This presentation follows the process used by Minnesota State to refresh the system-wide business intelligence strategy and create a new Business Intelligence and Analytics Roadmap for its colleges, universities, and system office. We will explore the charge from the Executive sponsor, creation of the Tiger Team, the process used to arrive at the roadmap recommendations, and those elements that led to a successful completion of the task.Presentation Speaker(s)
